Cancellation Policy for WebGeneric
1. General Policy At WebGeneric, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, SEO, and domain management services to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring service adjustments or cancellations. This policy outlines our terms for canceling services and applies to all clients.
2. Cancellation of Services
- Digital Marketing & SEO Services:
- Services can be canceled by the client with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
- Cancellations made within less than 30 days’ notice may incur a penalty equivalent to 50% of the following month’s billing.
- Domain Acquisition & Management Services:
- Once a domain is secured on behalf of the client, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded.
- Domain management services can be canceled by giving at least 15 days’ written notice.
3. Refunds
- Digital Marketing & SEO Services:
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed. If a client has prepaid, they will receive a prorated refund for the remaining period, excluding any discounts applied for long-term contracts.
- Domain Services:
- Fees associated with domain acquisition and management are non-refundable.
4. Termination by WebGeneric WebGeneric reserves the right to terminate any service agreement without prior notice if:
- The client violates the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement.
- Payments are not received on time.
- Client activities are deemed illegal or harmful to WebGeneric’s reputation.
In case of termination by WebGeneric, any remaining funds will be refunded on a prorated basis, less any applicable fees.
