1. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
- Service-Specific Refunds: Refunds may be considered only for services that have not been fully delivered or are unreasonably delayed due to factors within WebGeneric’s control.
- No Refunds on Completed Work: For work already completed or delivered, no refunds are provided. This includes strategy development, SEO optimizations, content creation, and advertising campaign setups.
- Prorated Refunds: If a client has prepaid for a long-term service and wishes to cancel, they may receive a prorated refund for the remaining time period. This excludes any discounts applied for prepayments.
- Client-Requested Changes: Any changes requested by the client after work has been completed or partially delivered are non-refundable.
2. Domain Acquisition & Management Services
- Domain Purchases: Fees associated with domain purchases are non-refundable due to the one-time nature of the transaction.
- Domain Management: Refunds are not available for domain management services already provided or for any prepaid term if the domain is already registered or renewed on behalf of the client.
- Non-Transferable: Domain registration fees are not transferable to other services or accounts.
3. Service Termination by WebGeneric If WebGeneric terminates a client’s services due to reasons other than policy violation or payment issues, a prorated refund will be provided for any unused portion of prepaid services. This excludes discounts and promotions applied to the initial purchase.
4. Refund Request Process To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 30 days of your service purchase by emailing [email protected] with your account details and reasons for the request. Refunds are issued at WebGeneric’s discretion based on the terms above and will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Fees The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
- Any setup or consultation fees
- Payments made towards custom or one-time projects
- Any third-party fees or charges that WebGeneric incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., advertising fees, domain transfer fees)
